1. Agreement to Terms

2. Software Licensing

All software sold through our platform is licensed, not sold. The license grants you the right to use the software on a single computer or device as specified in your purchase. Redistribution, reverse-engineering, or sharing of licenses is strictly prohibited.

3. Remote Installation Services

Our remote installation service requires you to provide temporary remote access to your computer via AnyDesk or TeamViewer. By using this service, you grant our technicians permission to install and configure the software on your behalf. We do not access, modify, or store any personal data on your computer beyond what is necessary for the installation.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery via remote installation, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases where the software fails to function as described and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 30 days of purchase.

5. Technical Support

All software purchases include 6 months of priority technical support. Support is provided via WhatsApp during business hours. After the support period expires, extended support can be purchased separately.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute the software or license keys
• Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the software
• Install the software on more devices than your license permits
• Remove or modify any copyright or licensing notices

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the software's performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dussan Diesel Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
